Apple of the Day

Exercise is good for the body in more ways than one.  New evidence suggests working up a good sweat may also help fight off skin infections.  Recent research has shown that human sweat contains an antibiotic called dermacidin that is capable of limiting disease-causing bacteria such as those responsible for skin infections such as impetigo.
