Culture of Wellbeing

culture

The Culture of Wellbeing is designed to show the WSU community how wellbeing is a part of every culture and nationality. Each culture and country has their own word for wellbeing, and their own standards for living well. Wellbeing is different in every culture and what may be healthy for one person, may not be for another. Wellbeing exists for everyone and fits everyone differently, and it's important to understand what is good for you and those around you.

Apple of the Day

One way to prevent overeating and enjoy your meals in a healthy way is to try to cut down on your portion sizes.  Serve yourself half the amount of food you usually eat if you tend to eat whatever is in front of you.  Use smaller plates, as it makes smaller portions look bigger.
