Below are multiple tools and assessments to evaluate your spiritual wellbeing. Coping With Trouble - What's your style? You can complete the Check-Up in about five minutes. Then consider how your own style may help or hinder you in times of crisis

Hope Self Test - There are fourteen distinct qualities of hope. Test yourself to see how hopeful you are and which qualities you might like to strengthen.

Optimism - This assessment will give you a sense of whether your style is optimistic or pessimistic - and how your style affects your ability to function at your best.
