Apple of the Day

Try locating a nearby hot springs and sit in it for about 10-15 minutes (as hot as you can stand it) then immediately immerse yourself in cold water; preferably a nearby mountain spring or stand under a cold shower for about 30 seconds. Do this two or three times and then sit quietly, eyes closed and do deep breathing exercises for 5 minutes...I guarantee, your body will feel like it is melting away as your spirit begins to absolutely soar while your mind ascends to a dreamlike state.
