During your Spring Break adventures, you may find yourself eating out. Fast Food restaurants often offer a "deal" of extra food for just a little bit more money. Keep in mind that the "extras" you will be getting may just be more calories, fat, and sodium that your body does not need. Remember that moderation is the key to fitting in all foods into a healthy eating plan.
