It's all in the Eyes - Knowing the way the other person thinks is important in enhancing the communication experience. When you are talking with another person, the direction of his or her eyes can give an indication how they are feeling. These signs can be useful in communication and interpreting what the person really means.

Apple of the Day

It can be difficult to find time to increase your physical activity. Try taking stairs instead of elevators or escelators. Try exercising while watching TV (for example, use hand weights, stationary bicycle/treadmill/stairclimber, or stretch).  Avoid labor-saving devices-turn off the self-propel option on your lawn mower or vacuum cleaner.
