Welcome!

Wellbeing starts with choices that improve the quality of life for individuals and entire communities. It is a holistic approach to living and incorporates eight dimensions of wellbeing: Emotional, Environmental, Physical, Financial, Spiritual, Social, Intellectual, and Occupational.

Through workshops and events, the Wellbeing Program increases awareness of the multi-dimensional approach. Wellbeing provides classes and experiences to teach new skills and promote environmental stewardship through green practices. Wellbeing comes in all shapes and sizes, and it is our goal to help students find their balance and make the best of their experiences while at WSU and beyond.

Apple of the Day

Financial wellbeing isn't about deprivation, it's about living smarter.  By knowing you bank balance and how much money you need to cover your monthly bills, you can make better decisions about how your money is spent.  If you live within your means, you can spend your money on what you want, not on high interest rates and monthly credit card payments.
