Welcome!

Wellbeing starts with choices that improve the quality of life for individuals and entire communities. It is a holistic approach to living and incorporates eight dimensions of wellbeing: Emotional, Environmental, Physical, Financial, Spiritual, Social, Intellectual, and Occupational.

Through workshops and events, the Wellbeing Program increases awareness of the multi-dimensional approach. Wellbeing provides classes and experiences to teach new skills and promote environmental stewardship through green practices. Wellbeing comes in all shapes and sizes, and it is our goal to help students find their balance and make the best of their experiences while at WSU and beyond.

Apple of the Day

Accumulate wastes in chemically compatible containers with tight fitting caps, usually the containers in which materials were originally received. Keep the exterior clean and protected from contamination. The container must remain closed to prevent evaporation except when adding waste to the container. Empty containers may be disposed of in the trash.
