Welcome!

Wellbeing starts with choices that improve the quality of life for individuals and entire communities. It is a holistic approach to living and incorporates eight dimensions of wellbeing: Emotional, Environmental, Physical, Financial, Spiritual, Social, Intellectual, and Occupational.

Through workshops and events, the Wellbeing Program increases awareness of the multi-dimensional approach. Wellbeing provides classes and experiences to teach new skills and promote environmental stewardship through green practices. Wellbeing comes in all shapes and sizes, and it is our goal to help students find their balance and make the best of their experiences while at WSU and beyond.

Apple of the Day

Fresh, frozen, canned, and dried fruits all count! When you can, choose whole fruit, but 100% fruit juice counts too. Try eating one serving of fruit with each meal today. One serving is one piece of whole fruit (apple, banana, orange), 1 cup of cut fruit or 100% fruit juice, or ½ cup of dried fruit.
