Welcome!

Wellbeing starts with choices that improve the quality of life for individuals and entire communities. It is a holistic approach to living and incorporates eight dimensions of wellbeing: Emotional, Environmental, Physical, Financial, Spiritual, Social, Intellectual, and Occupational.

Through workshops and events, the Wellbeing Program increases awareness of the multi-dimensional approach. Wellbeing provides classes and experiences to teach new skills and promote environmental stewardship through green practices. Wellbeing comes in all shapes and sizes, and it is our goal to help students find their balance and make the best of their experiences while at WSU and beyond.

Apple of the Day

Trying to incorporate more physcial activity into your day may be hard.  Try selecting activities that you ENJOY and can fit into your daily life.  It may take time to incorporate these activities into your daily life.  Don't get discouraged if at first you miss a day or two; just keep trying and do your best to make it a regular part of your life.  You will soon realize how good it feels to be physically active and fit.
